Important Notice Concerning School Meals:
We will now be delivering our meals once a week instead of on a daily basis in an effort to help minimize exposure to you and our staff. What this means to you:
1. Delivery Dates will be as follows:
March 27th, receiving 5 days of breakfast and lunch per child
April 3rd, receiving 5 days of breakfast and lunch per child
April 9th, receiving 8 days of breakfast and lunch per child (covers the spring break)
April 22nd, receiving 5 days of breakfast and lunch per child
April 29th, receiving 5 days of breakfast and lunch per child
** Deliveries will be made between 7:45 am – 12:30 pm
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE DATES WILL BE IN EFFECT ONLY IF SCHOOL REMAINS CLOSED.
2. Please DO NOT reapply for lunches if you have already done so, this only needs to be done once. If there is a change to your numbers please email firstname.lastname@example.org by 1:00 pm the day before delivery.
3. If possible please leave a box, cooler, or even a laundry basket outside your door where we can put your food.
4. Please continue to not make contact with the drivers (maintain proper social distancing at all times).
We appreciate your patience in this process, we know that this is a difficult time for everyone and we want to let you know we are doing our best to make this process work. Please stay safe and healthy! If possible, please share this information with friends and families so that they are aware of this change ASAP.
