Fall Sports Signups
Eagle Families and Student Athletes,
I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their summer. I am reaching out to share several important reminders from the Athletic Department regarding the upcoming fall sports season.
Before we know it, fall sports will be underway, and we want to ensure that all student athletes and families have the information they need to be prepared. Please take a few moments to review the important information below regarding fall sports registration, practice start dates, athletic clearance requirements, and other important reminders.

Fall Sports Sign-Up Dates:
-Saturday, July 18: JV & Varsity Football sign-ups in FinalForms open
-Saturday, July 25: All other JV & Varsity sports sign-ups in FinalForms open
-Saturday, August 1: All Modified Fall sports sign-ups in FinalForms open (Grades 7 & 8)
Fall Sports Start Dates:
-Monday, August 17: JV & Varsity Football Sports begin
-Monday, August 24: All other JV & Varsity Sports begin
-Monday, August 31: All Modified Sports begin
Mandatory Fall Sports Parent/Guardian Meeting:
Thursday, August 20: Fall Sports Parent/Guardian Meeting: 6:00 pm in the HS Auditorium

The district asks that all parents use FinalForms to register their student athletes for all sports offered at Beekmantown. In order to register your athlete in FinalForms, please do so at the Beekmantown Athletics Registration Link and follow the prompts to either sign in or create your account to complete/update your student's profile and to sign your forms. Fall Sports Clearance Dates & Times:
Please note that all students must attend one of the four clearance dates in order to be eligible to start practice on the first day of their season.
Thursday, August 13: Fall Sports Clearances will be held in the HS Auditorium from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. The school physician will also be here on August 13 as well conducting sports physicals. Any student needing an updated physical can sign-up for an appointment with our school physician by contacting Mrs. Breyette directly in the Athletic Office at breyette.terrie@bcsdk12.org
Friday, August 14 : Fall Sports Clearances will be held in the HS Auditorium from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Monday, August 17: Fall Sports Clearances will be held in the HS Nurses Office from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Tuesday, August 25: Fall Sports Clearances will be held in the MS Nurses Office from 2:00 - 5:00 pm.

All practice times and locations will be shared via your students specific teams SportsYou app. Invitations for each teams app will be sent out (via email) the week prior to the start date of your child's season to all athletes and their families that are signed up and cleared to participate in FinalForms.
