The Educational Technology Department maintains a set of Standard Operating Procedures that document how we handle the most common requests we receive. Each procedure below explains what a request involves, who needs to approve it, what information we need from you, and how long the process typically takes. Click any heading to expand it.
Please review the relevant SOP before submitting a Tech Help ticket. Most tickets that stall do so because a required approval was missing, a request arrived too late to schedule, or the work involved a step the requester didn't anticipate. Reading the procedure first tells you exactly what to gather and what to expect — which usually means your request moves through faster.
These procedures are not new requirements. They document processes the department has followed for years, written down so that expectations are clear on both sides. A predictable, repeatable process lets us handle every request the same way regardless of who submits it or which building it comes from. That consistency is what allows a small team to support more than 400 desktop PCs, roughly 2,700 Chromebooks, the district network, and the many other systems that keep instruction running each day.
If your situation doesn't fit any of the procedures below, or if you have questions about one of them, submit a Tech Help ticket (bottom of this page) and we'll help you sort it out.
