Apply to be part of our Student Help Desk
Beekmantown Central School District is seeking middle and high school students who would like to be part of our Student Help Desk. As part of the BCSD Educational Technology Department, the student’s job at the help-desk will be to serve as a first line of support. The student help-desk will be crucial in managing the questions, concerns, and problems that our users experience on a daily basis. In addition to staffing the help-desk, these students will also be responsible for providing technical support to middle and high school classrooms and labs as well as working on independent projects. All middle and high school students in good academic standing are eligible to apply using the link below when the application cycle is open.
Our goal is to maintain 30-35 students in the student help desk program. If you are interested but have more questions, please contact the Director of 21st Century Learning, Gary Lambert or Mr. Robert Barcomb, advisor to the student help desk.
