Beekmantown Central School District is thrilled to work on an exciting new initiative: our Strategic Planning Process. This effort is about more than just drafting a document—it's about shaping a vibrant future for our students and schools. What is Strategic Planning?
Strategic planning helps us define our direction and prioritize how we use our resources to achieve our goals. For Beekmantown, this means creating a roadmap to improve educational experiences, support student success, and strengthen our school community.
Why Are We Doing This?

How We Will Achieve This Together
Guided by our vision to provide the students of Beekmantown Central School District with world-class educational opportunities, we’ve partnered with Alla Breve, a firm experienced in educational leadership, to guide us using their L.A.S.E.R. Framework. This process will involve engaging the entire Beekmantown community—students, staff, families, and community members—through surveys, focus groups, and individual interviews. Your input will directly influence our strategic plan, helping us create a shared vision that builds on our current strengths and places students at the center of everything we do.
Your Help in Shaping the Future
Your involvement is crucial to creating a plan that reflects our shared goals and dreams for our students. We have worked to engage everyone in the Beekmantown community to share their ideas, insights, and aspirations.
We used surveys to gather input from students and staff. A survey is also currently open for parents to participate in. All administrators did one-on-one interviews with the Alla Breve team, and we hosted focus groups for members of the community.
