We are please to share that our proposed budget for the 2025-26 school year passed in a May 20 vote!
Superintendent Dustin Relation shared the following message with Beekmantown CSD families on the evening of the election via ParentSquare:
Good Evening, Beekmantown CSD!
Thank you for once again showing your support for our students, staff, and schools. We’re grateful for your trust and partnership as we work together to fulfill our mission: To educate every individual to be a quality contributor to society and self.
The 2025–2026 school budget was approved by a vote of 423 to 196, and the bus purchase proposition passed with a vote of 450 and 167. Your support ensures that we can continue providing safe, high-quality learning environments for all students.
The results of the Board of Education election are as follows:
- Carlos Madan – 354 (elected)
- Padraic Bean – 337 (reelected)
- David Trudeau – 291 (reelected)
- Kimberly Irland – 258
- John Fairchild – 234
- Richard Sears – 197
Congratulations to those elected or reelected, who will begin their three-year terms in July. We thank all the candidates for stepping forward to serve.
