Congratulations to our seniors who have earned a Seal of Biliteracy!

We're proud to announce that the following students have earned a Seal of Biliteracy:

The NYSSB recognizes high school graduates who have attained a high level of proficiency in English and one or more world languages.

The New York State Seal of Biliteracy, or NYSSB, formally recognizes high school graduates who have attained a high level of proficiency in a world languages.

This is the fourth school year Beekmantown High School has offered the NYSSB. 

To earn the NYSSB, students had to: 
- Earn an average of 85% or better in the world language. 
- Give a presentation in the language and then answer questions about it. 

Those who earned the NYSSB will get a seal on their diploma as well as a medallion they can wear at graduation.
